As part of its institutional capacity building policy, the Mphanda Nkuwa Hydroelectric Project Implementation Office (GMNK) carried out, from 4 to 12 December 2023, training on Project Structuring, aimed at staff from public companies and entities governmental.
During the training days, several subjects were shared, with emphasis on Advanced FIDIC, Tender Structuring and Adjudication, Management and Administration of Certified Contracts, Execution and Construction Agreements, among other modules.
Staff from institutions such as Hidroeléctrica de Cahora Bassa, Electricidade de Moçambique, Empresa Nacional de Hidrocarbonetos, Fundo Nacional de Energia and Companhia de Transmissão de Energia (MOTRACO) participated in the training.
